Soft Touch Dog Grooming is proudly owned by Jennifer Lyon since 2007. Before training to be a groomer Jennifer spent 20 years in corporate business accounting. A change in careers lead her down the path of canine training and found herself teaming up with the former owner of Soft Touch Dog Grooming. Jennifer soon realized her life long passion for dogs would lead her to where she is today.. Jennifer loves to share her knowledge with fellow groomers and appreciates what she learns from others as well. Jennifer is Certified with IPG ( International Pet Groomers) and is a Certified Master Groomer. Jennifer is a member of Canadian Professional Pet Stylists and Ontario Dog Grooming Association.

Comb and Collar Dog Grooming is proudly owned by Michelle Goudreault. Michelle started in the grooming world working as a bather and grooming assistant in 2009 at Soft Touch Dog Grooming. Michelle mentored and apprenticed gradually over those years and in April of 2019 decided to jump in and start Comb and Collar Dog Grooming. Michelle is loving it!

Karen is certified with IPG (International Pet Groomers). She has also attended many grooming seminars and shows over the years to keep abreast of current grooming trends and issues.Once she became a certified groomer and completed her mentorship, Karen decided to strike out on her own and opened Little Guy Pet Grooming from her home in 2001.In 2007 Karen had the opportunity to join forces with Jenn Lyon at Soft Touch Dog Grooming as an independent contractor. This has allowed her to work as a team player with other like minded groomers in a career that she is very passionate about.Karen’s many years of knowledge and experience make her an exemplary groomer, but her compassion and love for animals is the real key to her success.Specializing in small breeds, up to 40 lbs.
